Brian C. Connally, CPA is the President and founder of Connally & Associates, P.C. He began his career with Arthur Andersen, L.L.P., the world’s largest international accounting firm. He has developed expertise in all phases of owning and operating closely held businesses.
Brian obtained a Masters Degree in Taxation and Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University. He has been a member of the Rotary Club of Tulsa, Chamber of Commerce, Tulsa Professional Association and the Oklahoma Society of CPA’s.
Brian’s professional affiliations include American Institute of CPA’s, SEC Practice Section, Small Business Taxation Committee, Personal Financial Planning and Taxation Divisions. Brian is a Certified Business Appraiser "CBA" and an Accredited Certified Valuation Analyst "CVA".
He has been qualified as an expert witness in numerous proceedings. His court and other appointments include practice before the United States District Court (Northern District of Oklahoma), United States Bankruptcy Court, the Internal Revenue Service and the Oklahoma Tax Commission.
